Vacuum Chamber FAQs
With more than 100 years’ experience in precision fabrication, coupled with cutting-edge manufacturing technology within an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, Keller has the competence to manufacture your most complex vacuum chambers and components.
We use the latest technology in five-axis CNC machining and robotic welding to produce large format precision machined parts in a cost-effective way. For more information, please see our Facilities Highlights brochure.
At Keller, we specialize in manufacturing vacuum chambers in a variety of complex and unique geometries. However, we also regularly produce cube, rectangular prism, cylinder vacuum chambers.
Our vacuum chambers are available in aluminum, stainless steel and steel (subsequently plated) that are used in semiconductor manufacturing and testing, particle accelerator, deposition, and many other research and manufacturing applications.
Depending on your needs, we offer a variety of vacuum chamber finishes, including bead blasting, hand polishing and a variety of plating.
